Book ahead
Booking and payment happen in Telegram, in a couple of taps. The bag is yours — no one will take it before you do.
Pick up with a code
Come during the pickup window, say your code — and open your surprise bag. Everything's fresh, well within its use-by date.

What's unsold at closing is money
A bakery, deli, cafe or shop: whatever doesn't sell during the day gets written off. Surpak sells those items as surprise bags and returns the revenue to you. In the evening you note how many bags you put together — per pickup window if you like. The customer pays in advance, so there's no risk for you.
